Refund Policy

1. Review before you pay

You can sign in with Google and review the plans, the download console, and the supported link types before paying. We recommend confirming that Douyin Downloader handles the links and formats you need before you subscribe.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. If a monthly subscription is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of the first payment of a period and we will refund that period, provided the credits included in it have not been substantially used.

Renewal payments for periods that have already started are not refundable.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at a discount. If you contact us within 14 days of the initial annual payment and have not substantially used the included credits, we will refund the payment in full.

After that window, annual payments are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; you keep access to the plan until then, and no further payments are taken.

5. What is not refundable

The following are outside our refund policy:

• Periods where the included download credits were substantially consumed.
• Add-on purchases or one-off credit packs once they have been used.
• Requests made long after the billing period started.
• Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for the same period, or you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will investigate and correct it. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks opened without contacting us may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is resolved.
